(1) Download the firmware .BIN file (choose to save the file somewhere easy to find such as your desktop or my documents). Get the firmware file from the 'Download Firmware' link above.

(2) If you have not already done so, install the driver and tools from your included driver CD. If you have misplaced the CD, you can get the software from the 'Download Driver and Tools' link above.

(3) Run the "MP3 Player Upgrade Tool" from your start menu. (Picture)

(4) Once the firmware updater launches, connect your OASIS player to the computer. Once it has been recognized, click on "Select new firmware file" (Picture)

(5) On the selection screen, please select the firmware file you downloaded in step 1. (Picture)

(6) Once you have selected firmware file, the infromation in "device firmware information" and "Upgraded firmware information" will display. Please ensure that the "Device name" and "Productor" fields are identical. If the fields are not the same, please go no futher until you have contacted our technical support representatives at (580) 272 0035.

(7) At this point, please select "Begin upgrading". Once you have selected this, DO NOT disconnect the unit or turn your power off while the firmware is updating as this will permanently damage your OASIS player.(Picture)

(8) Once the update has finished, you will get a Sucess message. Click "OK" on this screen, and wait 30 seconds for your device to re-initialize.(Picture)
