How Do I Record Video From My Television To My TV5?

Connect the supplied video cable which we have supplied to the player by way of the mini jack on the TV connection on the player. The other end of the cable has three colored connections. the yellow connection is for video, red for right audio, white for left audio. Connect these plugs to an AV OUT connection on your television or media device (VCR, DVD player, etc) It is important that you make sure that the unit is connected to AV OUT and not AV IN, as AV IN will NOT allow you to record video.

Select Media in the main menu, Record inthe Media menu, select your record quality, and then select AV in.your screen should display what is displaying on your television screen. press OK to begin recording the display and audio, press OK again to stop.

These files are stored in the 100MEDIA folder of your memory. You can view these recordings using the Video mode.
