How Do I Get Lyrics To Display While Playing Music On My ONYX?

Your ONYX supports a synchronized display of lyric files in .LRC format along with the music you are listening to.

To use this feature, Simply save the lyrics file in the same folder and with the same name as the corresponding music file. As an example: if your music file is called “goodbyes.mp3”, then name your .lrc file “goodbyes.lrc” and put it in the same folder as the music file.

If you wish to turn off the lyric display while listening to music, you will need to go to setup in the Main Menu. In setup, select "Lrc" using the Forward or Back button and press M. select "Lrc OFF" and press M. Your ONYX will not longer display lyrics for your music files.

To enable lyrics again, you will need to go to setup in the Main Menu. In setup, select "Lrc" using the Forward or Back button and press M. select "Lrc ON " and press M.

You can obtain .lrc files from multiple sites on the web, we recommend using your favorite search engine to find them. You can also create your own .LRC files using a program called LRC editor 4. You can download this program HERE
