Each RMA # issued is valid for 30 days ONLY. ALL RMAs must be accompanied with a copy of this RMA Request Form and a copy of the original receipt(s) or invoice(s) with name return address and phone number of customer. Products without copy of sales invoice will NOT be replaced/repaired. Please ONLY return the defective product; do not include processors, memory, cables or accessories of any kind. Mach Speed Technologies will only be responsible for returning the product that the RMA number was issued for. Returns must be securely packed and have the RMA # clearly marked on the outside of each box and shipping label. After returned products are identified as defective, replacement or repaired products will be shipped to the customer via UPS Ground. Although most RMAs are processed with in 1-2 business days, some products may take up to 2 weeks (or longer in rare instances) depending on quantity and availability.
