Mach Speed Technologies is currently processing rebates for all purchases in the month of:
April 2008
If your purchase date was in the month of April 2008 or later, please do not create a ticket as we will be unable to do a research request until we have processed all rebates for that month. We anticipate rebates for March purchases to be mailed by 7/15/2008.

If you have submitted a rebate to us for purchases made on or prior to 3/31/2008, please read below:
To better service our customers, Mach Speed has adopted a ticket system to help you submit a research request for the status of your rebate. On the next page you will be asked to create a new ticket concerning your research request. After you create this ticket, you will be issued a ticket ID #. PLEASE write this number down, as it will identify you for all further communication. |
- Only create one ticket per item purchased. multiple tickets per item will create confusion that can delay your response
- All tickets are responded to in the order they are received. Most tickets are answered the same or next business day.
- Please do not submit a ticket if your purchase was on or after 3/01/2008
- Please use the “My Tickets” link on the next page if you have created a ticket in the past and you have further questions. DO NOT CREATE A NEW TICKET as this will only delay your response.
